Brokerage Controller

Insight Employment are seeking a **Brokerage Controller** to work for a client of ours in Milton Keynes.

This position would suit someone with a natural desire for learning, and continuous improvement.
- Must have a strong focus on customer service.
- Have a natural inquisitiveness whilst bring extremely organised, logical and methodical
- Some experience of stock control would be beneficial
- You will have a keen eye for detail and analytical skills to interrogate EPOS sales date and anticipate order volumes to maximise sales
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to the business and key stake holder when presenting your findings and recommendations following sales report analysis
- Experience with SAP or similar MRP system is desirable

**Responsibilities: -**
- Provide a customer focused approach to brokerage control, liaising with various areas of the business & external businesses to ensure a smooth supply chain operation
- Ensuring maximum fulfilment of the brokered stock ordered by any of our brokered retailers on each other
- Forecasting of all demands to ensure correct volume of stocks held on consignment at the DC at all times
- Assisting in the analysis of sales and product performance and sell-through rates to the sales team with the aim to develop future sales, as well as providing the necessary reports to key stakeholders, publishers & retailers
- Running and checking of self-billing (including invoicing and debiting) for suppliers is done on time and in full as per the business obligations
- Ensuring products are correctly and accurately held in the system. Making sure you have the full and up to date catalogue of products required from the planning team
- Communicating clearly and concisely with all key stakeholders in the supply chain. Ensuring all are kept up to date with any issues in the supply of brokerage stock that will affect their areas and subsequently the fulfilment of any demand

**Shifts/Hours: -**

Monday - Thursday 09:00-17:00

Friday 09:00-16:30
