**The Opportunity: Data Administrator**

At HealthTrust Europe (HTE), we are seeking a Data Administrator who is confident using Excel to join our Business Solutions Team, where you can make a difference within your role, take pride in your work and be part of a team that is taking the company into a new and exciting era.

**Who are we?**

Based in Edgbaston, Birmingham, we offer solutions to manage spend effectively and improve performance, working with both public (NHS) and private healthcare providers to optimise the use of products and services to identify cost saving opportunities.

**The Role: Data Administrator**

As a Data Administrator, you will support the Product Manager in the daily activities of reference data management, administrative support and assist with process improvement projects. You will manage activity relating specifically to new and existing frameworks and agreements, ensuring accuracy and consistency across both new and existing categories. You will also ensure the accuracy of product information that is catalogued and mastered in HealthTrust Europe systems and, in turn, supporting business planning, and customer engagement. A key area is to work with procurement teams to facilitate finalisation, amendments and maintenance of contracts and assist in facilitating resolution on customer service issues.

**DUTIES (included, but not limited to)**:
Contract Administration
- Perform timely and accurate amendments to existing agreements
- Liaise with Customer Care and suppliers to resolve customer issues
- Administer agreements in CMS /DocuSign, supplier contact maintenance.

Case Resolution
- Support with customer specific contracting needs for products/services related to any HealthTrust Europe agreement which are captured via the case system
- Manage case load as directed by their Line Manager
- Resolve cases by collaborating with the procurement category owner
- Contact suppliers to follow up on general queries related to DocuSign, which may include price variations, change in signatures
- Resolves or facilitates the resolution of queries from suppliers regarding MI.

Catalogue Management
- Liaise with external suppliers and manufacturers to validate and verify data
- Quality checks catalogue data extensively with internal and external customers prior to data loading and mastering
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.

Item Mastering
- Day-to-day Item Master Administration including: Formatting data, Loading data, Updating data, Cleansing data, Categorising Data
- Build and manage standard data checks
- Suggest improvements to automation of any data checks through system processes
- Upload data files from both internal and external sources
- Data cleanse information from both internal and external sources.

Data Analysis
- Define and use data queries for report building and problem solving
- Use quality checked PO data from customers to analyse customer spend and to make recommendations to the business to inform the sourcing workplan.

Customer Service
- Interact extensively with external and internal customers/departments/companies
- Liaise with external and internal customers to develop and maintain good working relations.

Collaboration
- Provide references for internal and external customers by helping to maintain user documentation
- Provide training to internal and external customers as required

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Ability to work on Excel confidently, e.g use VLOOKUP
- Ability to use SQL is desirable
- Ability to be proactive with clear communicate and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and diligence
- Ability to plan and manage own time
- Good IT skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and Visio.
- Experience in Salesforce and other Contract Administration platforms i.e DocuSign is desirable
- Good organisational skills; ability to prioritise tasks; effective time management capabilities due to multiple deadlines
- Possesses developed interpersonal skills to work in a high profile and fast-paced team environment
