Talent UK are recruiting on behalf of their client for an experienced Telesales and new business development executive - this is a full time, permanent position and we are looking for someone with excellent customer service and sales skills, with the abilityto be able to pick up the phone and speak with customers confidently.

Job Role

General Sales Responsibilities:

- Systematic and frequent communications with existing customer base, with an emphasis on verbal communications.
- Developing a strong forward sales pipeline.
- On hand to support with all new customer enquiries
- Cold calling and prospecting of new customers.

**Other Tasks**
- Chasing up companies who have been given a trade accounts but not ordered. 6 months and over
- Past customers that haven’t ordered for a while - can we win them back? Why haven’t they ordered with us for a while?
- Research into companies who might be interested in buying from us - Glazing Companies, Local Builders, Silicone Sealant Applicants and Small House Builders.
- Contact companies who have completed a project using our products, ask them for photos and permission to use on SM. The perk of this is free advising on our social media/blog.
- Bring new trade accounts on board - research the company give them a call and work out what products they’d be interested in.
- Use LinkedIn to provide potential customers/contacts
