Weekend Receptionist

We are excited to offer the opportunity for a **Weekend** **Receptionist**to join our growing team in Strood, Kent. As a receptionist, you will provide an exceptional, professional customer experience to our guests.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Greet every customer and provide a helpful, professional service
- Ensuring that customers are taken care of whilst maintain highest levels of professionalism
- Assisting with general administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensuring the dealership is well presented at all times - you will be someone who has pride in high standards to keep our showroom tidy and welcoming

- A well-presented, confident individual who is comfortable communicating with the public
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people
- Warm, empathetic, and friendly and have an approachable and professional manner
- Strong organisation skills
- A proactive individual with a positive attitude
- Team player
- Effective time management
- Flexible to work different work patterns to meet the demands of the business
- Literate and numerate with proficient computer skills

**Licence/Certification**:

- Full training will be provided for this role

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
