**About the Role**

In the role of English tutor, you’ll predominantly be based at our delivery centres within Greater Manchester. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment for our learners.

We are currently seeking a dedicated English tutor to join our team. As an English tutor, your key role will be to inspire and guide learners on their language learning journey. You will provide individualised instruction, tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each learner. Through your expertise, you will enhance their language ability and develop effective communication skills used in everyday life.

**About You**

We are seeking English tutors to join our team who are not only highly qualified, but also exhibit a genuine passion for teaching, a dedication to ongoing professional development, and an unwavering commitment to our organisational values.

You should have up-to-date, industry-standard vocational skills in English and a strong commitment to staying updated in their field. Additionally, experience working in a relevant industry is highly valued. You should ideally hold a degree-level qualification in English and have a teaching qualification equivalent to QTLS or demonstrate a willingness to work towards obtaining one.

You should be learner-centred, always prioritising what is best for our learners and striving to create positive outcomes and memorable experiences for each learner. Educational excellence is crucial, and you should be able to deliver challenging programs that motivate learners to achieve their ambitions. You should respect and value the opinions and contributions of others, and an approach to continuous improvement is essential. You should have a proactive mindset, embracing new approaches, sharing knowledge, reflecting on best practices, and learning from others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
