**Role Overview**: As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day lives of the young people we support. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact and have the flexibility to commit to the varying needs of our children. Consistency is key, so this role is perfect for full-time agency workers or those with highly flexible schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide trauma-informed support to meet the daily needs of young people, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Promote healthy lifestyle choices through structured routines similar to those in a family home.
- Support the child’s engagement with education and extracurricular activities.
- Foster positive relationships with staff, professionals, and the wider community.
- Facilitate engagement with support services and health appointments.
- Transport children and young people to various appointments and activities using your own vehicle.
- Listen to and act upon the young person's views regarding their care, support, and accommodation.
- Support move-on plans and assist with smooth transitions to new placements.
- Communicate effectively within the team and with multi-agency partners.
