So to be considered, you must show your hunger and eagerness. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Here are some of the key tasks you'll be involved with: _ - **Monitor submissions via Helpscout **and promptly assist, solve, or support our students and make them incredibly happy. - **Assist potential new students **wanting to join our courses with their queries. - **Engage with our current students **in our Facebook groups and act as their cheerleaders to keep them going strong - **Interact with our students through Zoom **and conduct onboarding and accountability life coaching sessions. **Skills and Abilities** - **1 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience** (preferably in a virtual environment) - **Impeccable grammar (written and verbal) **- our standards are sky high - **Tech-Savvy - **You must competently be able to use all our softwares. - **Excellent Time Management skills **- ability to manage tasks effectively - **Excellent problem-solving skills **- ability to think quickly and critically - **Flexibility **- we move FAST.
