**About the role**:
This is a perfect role for someone with well-rounded marketing support experience who is looking to take a step up and be able to own campaigns from beginning to end. You will be helping to execute the full campaign plan, managed by the Senior Digital Campaigns Manager, and have opportunities to own and improve your own areas of delivery.

You’ll be joining a team that are the voice of the customer, and we drive brand loyalty by delivering the products and promotions our players want with a sense of joy and community in all we do. If you love data-driven decision making plus a hefty dose of puns - you’ve come to the right place
- Reviewing incoming briefs from stakeholders to make sure all the key information is included, and the campaign goals are clearly understood
- Briefing in copy to support campaigns, ensuring the most important messages are clearly set out and that this follows the brand tone of voice
- Briefing in design for assets which are prioritise key messages and are visually engaging but also follow the Buzz brand
- Attending meetings with other departments to understand how we can support their campaigns and how they can support ours
- Communicating upcoming campaign plans clearly and concisely with stakeholders, in particular the Customer Service and Social Media teams
- Supporting a test and learn approach to campaigns and contribute ideas for future improvements and tests
- Assisting the wider Retention Team through the completion of admin tasks, split on rotation throughout the team

**Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour**:
The successful applicant will have experience of supporting marketing through digital channels and be able to follow process from delivering initial brief through to post campaign evaluation. You’ll ensure campaigns are creatively engaging and you’ll have experience of presenting campaign metrics and results back to stakeholders. Strong communication skills are essential and you’ll be organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in writing clear and concise copy with a high level of accuracy in spelling and grammar
- Can work in a fast-paced marketing environment and respond well to changes
- Experience of supporting marketing through digital channels, such as on site content and asset creation
- Understanding of the importance of messaging hierarchy to ensure the most important messages are the ones which receive the most focus
- Experience in brand creative and ensuring campaigns are creatively engaging while fitting within the brand
- Can work in a fast-paced marketing environment and respond well to changes

**Additional Information**:
This is an exciting opportunity joining a professional, friendly team. You’ll earn an attractive basic salary up to £28,000 per annum and you’ll be home based with travel as required into our Nottingham based hub which offers free parking and a bright, inviting co-working & meeting space.
