**MARKETING CONSULTANT** **LEEDS/BRADFORD (hybrid)** **£35,000 - £42,000 + benefits** This is a very exciting opportunity to join this leading marketing effectiveness team through their partner agency, heading into the Bradford office approximately twice a week. With the chance to help drive real change across the marketing strategy for this leading retail company, this position would be perfect for someone looking to take on a new and exciting role. **THE COMPANY**: This role is through a leading insights agency partnered with a well-known retailer eager to maximise their marketing effectiveness by being as targeted as possible. With this company's varied marketing channels and the client's desire to understand and optimise these, you have a fantastic platform to make real difference. *** **WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?** As the Marketing Consultant, you will be working alongside the team to best understand marketing effectiveness and find key insights. You can expect to: - Understand the customer base through data analysis, looking at different demographics, shopping behaviour and trends - Use the data to understand different customer journeys, for example welcome journeys for new customers and reward journeys for retaining existing customers - Looking at trend analysis to share actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and internal teams *** **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU** You will need: - Strong data story-telling skills - ideally with skills in a data visualisation tool like Power BI or Tableau - An analytical mindset for handling customer and transactional data - Strong communication skills for sharing insights, to technical and non-technical audiences *** **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?** - £35,000 - £42,000 base salary DOE - Car allowance (~£4k) - Flexible hybrid working - average 2 days a week in the Bradford office - A good work-life balance - company offers several "Me" days a year on top of holidays to make sure you get time to spend on you - A refreshing and open culture - questions encouraged if you need help, as well as a team eager to support each other to success - Have a huge impact on marketing campaigns for this client, which would be excellent experience for your portfolio *** **HOW TO APPLY**: This role not the one for you?
