In this position you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide a quality radiology service for our patients and referring medical staff. This will involve providing clinical support to Doctors and Radiographers throughout the department, and assisting with manual handling tasks in a manner which is safe for both patients and staff.

You will be required to rotate through different Radiology areas (Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Breast unit and A&E imaging) and assist the staff in providing the highest qualities of care to a diverse range of patients.

The department is again undergoing a multi million pound redevelopment program whereby Nuclear Medicine, MRI and the Interventional Unit are upgrading their equipment.

The working pattern is a mixture of day shifts over 7 days.

The department actively encourages continued professional development (CPD) and opportunities are available for further training and development.

The Royal Free Hospital is situated in the beautiful Hampstead area, a vibrant part of London with many cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs, and the hospital is located in close proximity to Hampstead Heath. The hospital is easily accessible being 5 minutes from Underground and Overground train services as well as regular buses.
