**JOB ROLE**
This is a rare opportunity to gain exposure with and get your foot in the door to working with some of the biggest brands in Northern Ireland. The main purpose of the role will be to aid the delivery of our client's marketing requirements. This is a fully remote position with regular face to face client meetings, photo shoots and exposure to work on some of Northern Ireland’s biggest brands across retail, hospitality and luxury. The role is flexible with a set amount of hours per week which can be covered around your schedule. Some Saturday's may be required depending on client needs.
Extensive training will be provided, alongside thorough exposure to digital marketing strategy. This role would suit a self-starter, with a can-do attitude and who can manage various projects at the one time.
**MAIN Duties & Responsibilities**
- Content creation - must be savvy with a phone or a drone
- Social First - Lead the Social Media Activities and other digital channels for our clients across Tik Tok, Meta, Linkedin, Other
- Digital - Delivery and tracking of paid media campaigns across Meta, Linkedin, Google Ads
- Creating and executing a monthly Marketing plan including but not limited to advertising, PR, Competitions, Social Media activity and in store activities.
- Assist with the management and development of marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging copy for adverts within our client’s content & copy guidelines.
- Work toward agreed performance benchmarks, aiming to suggest incremental improvements, where possible, across advertising campaigns.
- Produce detailed analysis and engaging reports of campaign activities to be shared with internal teams, and clients.
- Identify trends and insights and optimise performance based on them.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and developments.
- General administration duties, maintenance of marketing databases and website monitoring and updating.
**Experience & Background**
- A self-starter who is passionate about Marketing and eager to learn and gain experience within this field.
- A college/university background in Digital Marketing and content creation, or experience in a similar role, is desired.
- Comfortable creating copy and content within tone of voice guidelines.
- Data-driven and data literate, analytical, and highly passionate.
- Proficient in the use of IT packages including Google Documents and CANVA
- Highly organised and can work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
- A marketing mindset
- Consumer approach (lives and breathes the customer)
- Up for having fun
This role is 100% remote with weekly self travel required to attend client meetings and events across Northern Ireland, predominantly in County Armagh / Belfast.
