**_About the Job_**:

- This role includes customer communication in a written format so you need to be comfortable using a PC and have good typing and grammar skills._

**_We’ll give you:_**
- _£21,450.00 per annum_
- _A hybrid role with the possibility to work fully remote after on site training and support_
- _28 days (including statutory) holiday which increases with length of service_
- _You'll receive up-to-date training and development in our state of the art training academy. We will nurture your talent, to develop your skills and your career with us_
- _We have a track record of promoting from within, and many of our senior managers started in calling positions, so they understand the importance of every role within the team_

**_About You_**
- _Will be fluent in _German & English - written and spoken_
- _Have excellent written communication and customer service skills_
- _Able to work at a fast pace, but also maintain a high standard of quality_

**_What will you be doing?_**
- _Maintaining a high standard of quality work to ensure that customers are treated fairly_
- _Reporting to your Team Manager_
- _Where necessary, refer issues to relevant internal/external departments and stakeholders using correct escalation procedures_
- _Representing the brand well and ensuring customers are kept satisfied_
- _Written communication with customers in German and English_

**_Hours of work_**
- _Full time flexible between Monday - Friday 8am-6pm, 37.5 hours per week_
- _You must be able to complete 2 week full time training_
- _Grad bay of 2 weeks applies after the training_
