Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the company, for a 12 month fixed term contract.

**Description**

**As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for**:

- **Providing effective recommendations for route to market, contributing to best penetration and attraction strategies for resourcing permanent or operational roles.**:

- **Managing stakeholder relationships to deliver a best in class recruitment service across the business.**:

- **Contributing to wider talent projects such as employer brand delivery, ATS innovation and a passionate advocate of the Studio talent brand**

**Profile**

**The Talent Acquisition Specialist should have previous experience previous recruitment experience in either an in-house or agency environment. Along with; experience of ATS operation and management. the successful individual will be a confident communicatorwith a driven mindset**

**Job Offer**

12 month contract + £30K salary + Flexible working + Free parking
