What You Will Do
- Generate interest in Sophos's vacancies.
- Assist in the building and maintenance of the company's talent pool.
- Conduct market & industry research.
- Contribute to business reporting initiatives

What You Will Bring
- Solid knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
- First-class engagement skills
- Experience talent program management skills
- Able to support a number of hiring projects
- The ability to prioritise in a fast moving environment
- Exception attention to detail
- Business level Written and spoken English.
