**Full job description**:
Pia Ristorante, located in West Byfleet, is looking for an experienced and passionate kitchen porter. As a kitchen porter, you will play a huge part within the inner workings of the kitchen. No matter how great the chefs are on the front line, they cannot function without clean dishes, organised storage and a spotless work area. You will be working within the heart of the kitchen, taking ownership of the pot
- wash area and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, ensuring the highest level of all health and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being passionate about our food
- Supporting the while restaurant team, front and back of house, to make sure the restaurant is running like clockwork.
- Knowing the kitchen inside out, helping to ensure that every corner and cupboard is spic and span.
- Playing a part in making sure that your restaurant is looking fantastic at all times and is hitting the mark set out in our policies, processes and guidelines.
- Ensuring that staff and communal toilets are cleaned regularly.
- Ensure that all rubbish is empties and organised, always in the appropriate containers.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Passion for quality food/ Italian cuisine.
- Communication skills, capable of working under pressure.
- Customer
- focused mindset and attention to quality and detail.
- Team spirit, humour and dedication.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Right to work in the UK.

Pay: £10.00-£11.50 per hour
