**How you'll help us make health happen**:

- Drive the test strategy for each project, in collaboration with other stakeholders, through devising, documenting, and communicating the strategy and test objectives at the outset of IT projects
- Work in our Engineering teams delivering new features into our products to the highest levels of quality
- Lead the planning, monitoring, and control of system testing activities and tasks for projects whilst adhering to the agreed strategy
- Be an advocate of Automation, Support & Improve our Automated Test strategy by creating/reviewing automated test assets and drive towards a CI/CD delivery model
- Work with the DevOps team to integrate test scripts into the CI/CD pipeline
- Manage test resource from external partners and vendors to accomplish the agreed test goals efficiently
- Identify and evaluate product risk and ensure effective mitigation thereof as early as possible in the software lifecycle
- Escalate project risks of a testing nature and product defects which may impact the success of a project
- Ensure our Regression Test pack is kept current with the increased feature set utilising both automated and manual scripts
- Collaborate closely with your developer and product team colleagues to help make our products excel at supporting our customers
- Report on testing activities using agreed metrics

**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**:

- Experience in able to write/peer review and set standards on test automation scripts (C#, Selenium, Coded UI, FlaUI, Appium, BrowserStack)
- Experience in working with CRM and Sitecore
- Experience in working with Web, & Mobile Application (Native & In-app)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- In depth hands-on experience building automated API and UI tests - with tools like Ready API Pro, Postman, etc.
- Experience in leading automation across the SDLC: requirement gathering and reviews/signed off to pre activities and execution.
- Experience of working with Delivery, Product, Digital Platforms and Technical Teams
- Project (test) planning, estimation, Test Strategy, and work allocation
- Experience in liaising with Infrastructure teams for environments requirements in order to accommodate automation strategy.
