Waking Night Support Worker

We are looking for **reliable and motivated** Waking Night Support Workers to join our **small service in Trowbridge, Wiltshire**

These is a **Part Time**role**, 30 hours** per week for **£13.00 per hour (inclusive of allowances).** This role is working alongside our current Waking Night Staff to support our residents with any needs overnight. The shifts are **9:30pm - 7:30am**, varying over a two week rolling rota and can be further discussed at interview.

Here in Trowbridge we are a small** 3 bedded service**, there are** 3 lovely residents that call Lilac Grove their home.**The people you will support have various challenges in their lives, our aim is to ensure they live the lives they choose.

We support activities from the day to day things like washing and cleaning to swimming, visiting places of interest, **day trips, theatre/cinema** visits and exploring the **beautiful countryside** on our doorstep plus much more.

- Passionate about enhancing other people’s lives.
- Willing to attend training as needed to support you in your role.
- Have a good understanding of supporting people with complex needs.
- Some knowledge of BSL and other communication methods.

**This role in Trowbridge, Wiltshire might include supporting people with**:

- Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning, and general checks completed at night.
- Personal care and hygiene.
