Full time - 12 month Fixed term contract - 40hrs per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team here at Mears as a Commercial Assistant. Based in Enfield. We are offering a salary of up to £26,520 plus great company benefits which include fun days paid for by the company, discounts on high street shopping and online retailers, health insurance and much more

You will primarily be a Commercial Assistant responsible for reporting against contractual terms and key performance indicators, day to day commercial operations and producing the management accounts. In this role you will provide administrative support to the team, running reports, processing adjustments and interrogating financial data to identify discrepancies.

What the role Involves
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Ensuring contractual requirements are met
- Extract and prepare financial data for analysis
- Ensure all invoicing is prepared
- Assist the ongoing development, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of benchmark reports
- Liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients and contractors
- Ensuring data and records are accurate
- Reconciliation of different types of invoices
- Dealing with suppliers
- Operate the AASC Quality management systems
