A friendly, local school in Carlisle are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their KS2 team. The role will be working 1:1 with three different children in a Year 3 class. The children's needs are just educational so they require further support in the classroom.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications and experience in working within education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with young learners
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the children
