**WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance professional who wishes to join a dynamic Finance Team, based in Lisburn to support with Accounts Receivable Activities.

Responsibilities include:

- Reconciling shipping documentation to despatch reports.
- Raising customer sales invoices.
- Inputting customer invoices onto Sage 50 Accounts.
- Reconciling customer statements to their accounts.
- Chasing outstanding customer receipts and inputting on Sage 50 Accounts.
- Maintaining & Monitoring customer portals.
- Liaising with Internal sales team and shipping department regarding queries.
- Supporting the month end process and yearly audit.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated and proactive.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with an ability to deliver on tight deadlines.
- The ability to analyse data.
- Sage 50 Accounts and Microsoft Excel basic skills essential.
- Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams but also independently.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Essential**
- 2+ Years Relevant Experience within a high-volume Sales Ledger Department.
- Experience liaising with customers.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Experience using Sage 50 Accounts.

**Desirable**
- Manufacturing/Engineering Company Experience.
