What Are We Looking For?

Our Business Improvement team in Cumbernauld is looking for an Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis, reporting to the Business Improvement Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career into an Analyst role as you progresswithin RSE. You’ll be required to liaise with multiple business streams, provide administrative support with the management of projects, document control and develop your skillset to aid in the innovative approach the division takes.

This is a solutions drive, people focussed position, so it’s key you have a keen awareness of IT process and are able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

- Work closely with the software teams and external providers to provide class leading intelligent systems and solutions.
- Work closely with all parts of the business to identify opportunities for improvement of existing systems and processes.
- Help manage the change process to systems that results in any business improvements to be implemented.
- Consistently deliver support and high-quality service to all parts of the business.
- To organise and schedule meetings and appointments as required.
- Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set.

What Do You Need?
- Successful experience working in a mixture of teams.
- Persuasive, encouraging and motivating skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have a very good level of knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Be able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
- Be able to work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard.
- Be a clear and concise communicator maintaining a polite and professional manner.
- Be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
