About the role
The programme is comprised of a paid placement in a school and online training.
You will be assigned a consultant to support you through the training and to answer any questions you might have.
Successful completion of the programme is likely to lead to long term employment
Once completed you will be qualified as a teaching assistant and will be able to work in primary schools across London and surrounding areas with Smart Teachers

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Trainee Teaching Assistant - Southwark you will:
Hold enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one
Be willing to complete online training
Have a ‘child workforce only’ DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
No experience in schools needed
