We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals with some experience of working in hospitality to join our team at the Elephant and Castle.

We are initially looking for staff just for the weekends, however as we get closer to summer their will be the opportunity to go full time and work a variety of shifts throughout the week.

Bar responsibilites
- Cellar management
- Pouring a range of drinks
- Making cocktails
- Using the coffee machine
- Upselling and recommending premium wines/spirits
- Excellent product knowledge
- Maintaining a clean and tidy bar
- Weekly line cleaning/cellar cleaning
- Using the till system accurately

Waiter responsibilities
- Perfect knowledge of our menu
- Upselling/recommending dishes
- Being in complete control of your section at all times
- Making sure the customer has the best experience possible
- Clearing tables
- Being aware of allergens
- Running food and drinks to table when needed
- Using the till system accurately

We would love to hear from you if you are 18+ and have had some previous experience in the hospitality industry. Full training will be given if successful.
