Maintenance Coordinator

Hobspot Resources has partnered with one of the largest HVAC & M&E Specialists who work alongside some major household names nationwide.
Excitingly, due to internal development, they are now recruiting for a Maintenance Coordinator (Client Side).
Whilst the role will predominately be based out of their Mansfield site some travel throughout the UK might be required as you can expect to visit their clients’ sites to gain a stronger working relationship and maintain relationships already built over long and trusting partnerships.
Throughout you working your day you can expect to carry out, but not limited, to the following:
- Receive, schedule and issue all reactive and planned maintenance works to a mixture of directly employed and sub-contractor engineers to a large National estate of hotels. Specifically for HVAC maintenance.
- Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
- Keeping track of supply and material inventories.
- Purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required.
- Updating maintenance logs for all machinery.
- Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.
- Some Supplier management and invoicing will be required, and varying client reports are necessary daily.
To be successful in the role you will have experience in Facilities Management, ideally from a help desk function and managing work order processes and callouts. Ideally, experience with HVAC too.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00.
