Multi Drop Delivery Driver

**Tec Supplies Group are currently seeking a multi drop Delivery Driver.**

Based at our Head office in Heybridge, Maldon

Professional Delivery Driver

Immediate Start - Permanent Position

For insurance purposes be over the age of 25 and have a clean UK driving licence.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 12:30pm

22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Uniform is also be provided.

**Overview** Your main role is to deliver our products to multiple destinations for our customers. You will have full responsibility of our vehicle and the goods loaded onto it. You are the last part of the customer journey so it’s vitally important on how each transactionends for the customer.

**Tasks, Roles & Responsabilities**:

- Safely delivering products to multiple destinations
- Following route maps to ensure time slots & deadlines are met.
- Build up a good geographical understanding of locations
- Ensuring all delivery notes are signed and filed correctly
- Signing off all pre prepared deliveries as accurate
- Support the Loading of our vehicles where required.
- Feeding back inaccuracies / attempted deliveries and following the correct reporting procedures
- Ensure correct locations addresses when route planning.
- Report back to line manager after each session is finished & finalised
- Report to your line manager at the start and end of every shift giving an update on what has been achieved and the current situation of work load outstanding
- Liaise, help and support other departments when needed or requested to do so.
- Safely and competently drive your vehicle abiding to all road & speed regulations.
- Engage with every customer you deliver to ensure the highest & most efficient customer care.
- Great care and attention to product handling on each drop.

**Skills & Behavour**:

- You must act with pace hitting productivity measures set by your line manager per drop. (this is speed & efficiency of unloading & documentation signing **NOT speed of driving**)
- You must have exceptional attention to detail at all times Think fast & use your initiative in challenging situations
- Come to work with a positive attitude at all times
- Show strong customer service skills to all of our customers
- Use strong communication skills to laisse with other department workers, management teams.
- Have a good understanding of our systems & processes
- Maintain a tidy Vehicle at all times and follow the companies health and safety guidelines
- Ensure your personal presentation is high when delivering at customers properties.
