We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join an exciting creative studio in Bath. You’ll be working with recognisable brands in homeware and furniture. This is a great opportunity for a junior with good progression opportunities.

**What you’ll be doing**

You’ll be joining a creative team working alongside other graphic and digital designers reporting into an experienced Creative Studio Manager and part of a wider marketing department.

The business is in a fantastic place coming off the back of a strong financial year and continued growth so it’s a great time to join.

In this role you’ll get to work on a wide variety of projects. Day to day the role will include a lot of print (especially brochure work) but could also involve in-store and POS (point of sale) design packaging too. As for digital you might get involved in motion graphics and video editing if you have these skills - though less central to the role.

**What experience you’ll need**
- Some commercial experience in a studio preferably as part of an in-house studio but agency experience considered.
- A relevant degree in graphic design or similar.
- Strong print design and artwork skills you’ll need a good understanding of layout typography and an understanding of print production processes.
- Photography retouching experience beneficial as would any experience in POS packaging or other in-store collateral.
- Some digital skills would be great to see too though you’ll work alongside digital specialists so not critical.
- Great organisational and communication skills.
