**Job Summary**:

- Manages the sales floor activity
- Effectively leads the sales team
- Deals with customer complaints/queries
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure product availability
- Ensures adequate staffing to cover the needs of the business
- Ensure effective queue management
- Strives to exceed sales target
- Ensures high merchandise standards
- Implements and maintains all Company policies and procedures

Sales & Service
Shows drive and passion for sales, makes the most of every opportunity to maximise the business
- Exceed budgeted sales
- High merchandise standards
- Motivation and tenacity to move business forward
- Highest levels of customer service
- Ensuring shop layout reflects and enhances Company image

Leadership
Leads by example and demonstrates a mature attitude, is flexible and proactive.

Effectively manages the performance of individuals and the team.Is approachable to staff and customers and provides stability to the team.
- Development of the team
- Motivation and Morale
- Scheduling of staff in line with business requirements

Communication
Positively keeps the team informed, through two-way discussions, questioning, listening and feedback at individual and team level. Can communicate effectively at all levels.
- Uses and cascades business information
- Regular contact between all departments

**Salary**

£25,222 + Bens and Staff Discount
