Painter & Decorator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter/Decorator for a short-term contract to carry out external painting work on a residential property in Maida Vale. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

There's a likelihood of longer term future works down the line.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and prime exterior surfaces (walls, woodwork, etc.)
- Ensure a clean and tidy work environment
- Adhere to health and safety standards

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Painter/Decorator, with a focus on external works
- Own tools and equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a professional finish
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Valid CSCS card / Cert.
- Based in or able to commute to Maida Vale
