**Finance Assistant - Purchase Ledger**

Are you someone who loves to ensure people are paid on time, but accurately? Do you thrive on your attention to detail and love everything numbers related?

This fast paced business are looking for a Finance Assistant - Purchase Ledger will be part of the Finance Team based in Leeds and will report directly to the Financial Controller.

What will you be doing?
- Daily processing of invoices/credits
- Process supplier payment run requests
- Check and reconcile supplier statements
- Liaise with suppliers in both resolving complex issues and in driving supplier-based efficiencies within the process. This will also involve liaising with the internal team to help resolve queries.
- File invoices and supplier statements
- Prepare KPI’s

If you have a purchase ledger background within a finance dept and understand reconciliation and payments then this is the role for you. You will need to be fine working to deadlines, be fast, be accurate and have high standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
