Falck UK Ambulance Services are implementing a programme of development and growth, and we are seeking a Resource Planner to join our central Strategic Workforce Planning Team. The role will support one of our client groups by maintaining their 7 day resourcing plans, reviewing any risks to the business, and working with stakeholders to identify potential solutions. This role would be a great step for an existing Resource Planner looking for a bigger challenge or someone with a similar skillset looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment

**This role is a Monday -Friday role, 40 hours per week - working times are approx. 9-5pm however there can be some flexibility with this.**

**This role is hybrid working between home and our site in Stratford (2 days/3 days) with occasional travel to sites (Milton Keynes, London, etc) for meetings.**

**What will I be doing?**

You will be responsible for the effective management of delivering medium term resourcing and forecasts for the contract, reviewing annual leave and training to ensure you are maximising daily deployment levels. You will need the ability to work with various teams at all levels of the business, from Operations to Fleet to Dispatch so will require someone who prides themselves on a customer centric communication style and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders in the business.

**What experience will I need?**
- Demonstratable experience working within a scheduling resource planning environment
- Ability to build strong and credible relationships
- Experience of working to deadlines and timeframes
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working with/managing senior stakeholders
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively about how to do things better
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages and internal software platforms
- Calm under pressure
