Mast Group Ltd. are looking to recruit a Production Lead to join the manufacturing team based in Deeside. Mast Group Ltd. is a leading international manufacturer and supplier of medical diagnostics products for the diagnosis of infectious disease. Our products are used throughout the UK and worldwide. The job holder will an integral part of the team, ensuring our processes and procedures are adhered to in all they do.

We require a Production Lead to join our newly created team within a multi-disciplined environment.

**THE ROLE**
- Experience of working in a busy manufacturing environment
- Experience supervising / managing a team
- To undertake a variety of tasks within the manufacturing area (training will be provided)
- To contribute to projects as part of a new factory set-up
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures all times
- Closure of all jobs once completed
- Target driven output for products and customers
- Understand / appreciate ISO 9001 standards and approach
- Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (days only)

**THE PERSON**
- Have a proactive approach to work with a willingness to learn and work to improve business efficiency
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment previously an advantage
- Ability to use a PC with MS packages
- Good standard of English and Maths
- Experience of working to relevant quality standards (i.e. GMP, GLP, ISO9001, ISO13485, IVDR etc.) an advantage
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake training to improve skills
- Experience of working on projects an advantage
- Willingness to deputise for the manufacturing team leader during his/her absence.

In addition to the specified duties the employee is expected to perform additional tasks when reasonably called upon to do so.
