We are currently seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant to join our exceptional special needs school in Twickenham. As a Classroom Assistant you need to be willing to support pupils with special needs. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4pm, with an immediate start date

**No previous experience working in a school as a Classroom Assistant is required; what matters most is your eagerness to work with children and your prior experience with them in any capacity. We request that you provide a reference related to your experience with children.**

**The Role**:

- Supporting students' learning and development as a Classroom Assistant
- Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Participating in training to enhance your ability to support students with special needs as a Classroom Assistant
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to prioritise students' progress
- Ensuring the safety of students both inside and outside the classroom

**Requirements**:

- **Immediate availability to start the role**:

- Willingness to support children with SEN as a Classroom Assistant
- A genuine passion for working with children as a Classroom Assistant
- Previous experience with children in some capacity (with a reference to support)
- Reside in or within a commutable distance from Twickenham
