**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Welcome all patients with a friendly, professional manner and ensure they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
- Support chiropractors in presenting and explaining treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Guide patients through their care recommendations, helping them understand the benefits and options available
- Follow up with patients to assist in booking appointments and continuing their treatment plans
- Handle payments, deposits, and plan scheduling accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure clear communication between patients and practitioners
- Help achieve clinic targets for patient engagement and treatment plan uptake
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and smooth daily clinic operations
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or customer service role (healthcare or wellness setting preferred)
- Confident communicating with patients and discussing care or treatment options
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience handling payments and managing bookings or scheduling systems
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Sales or patient coordination experience an advantage but not essential, full training provided
