**Role** **Responsibilities**

This role is to oversee the:

- General maintenance and repairs of our Fleet of Vehicles, consisting of 10 vans, and various stair climbing Equipment
- Working with Software such as Excel & Word;
- Planning and routing vehicles efficiently along with monitoring progress throughout the day and reacting to any delays;
- Liaising with customers both locally and throughout the UK and providing the highest level of service;
- Maintaining health and safety standards;
- Working closely with all departments/managers/suppliers to meet the needs of the business;
- Managing a team of up to 12 installer drivers;
- Some out of hours contact.

The successful applicant:

- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Have effective problem-solving abilities;
- Have good verbal and written communication skills;
- Be organised and able to multi-task and prioritise
- Have good man management skills;
- Have good health and safety knowledge;
- Will have to respond to emergency situations out of hours (from time to time) so access to a car is essential;
- A friendly nature.

**Remuneration**

The starting salary for this position will be £30,000 per annum.

**Hours of Work**

The hours of work for this position will be 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 although a flexible approach would be beneficial in line with the business requirements.

Pro rata -28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays).
