As a IUCS triage Clinician you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide secondary telephone consultation to patients requiring clinical advice and health education for minor and urgent illness to ensure patients are referred to appropriate health services. These calls may be home managed where appropriate or signposted to their own or OOH GP, Pharmacies or Urgent Care centres / Emergency Departments or sent an ambulance.

A qualified nurse, paramedic or pharmacist, with experience of minor illness gained within an acute and primary care/community setting you will use your clinical knowledge and key listening skills, to assess patients and provide care and treatment advice.
