Digital Sales

Due to an experienced staff member starting maternity leave next year we are looking to train up an assistant on social media content creation and digital sales at the head office of a busy Charity situated on the outskirts of Peterhead. There may be an option of a permanent position at the end of the temporary contract, depending on how the role develops.

No formal experience required as full training will be provided, but must be adept at using social media and understanding content creation.

Content creation/Digital Sales/Administration qualifications or experience would be an advantage

Key responsibilities include:
*Creating and posting social media content (eg. sales adverts, announcements)

*Preparing and processing donated items for online selling and distribution

*Ensuring correct & efficient postage of items

*Assisting the digital sales team leader with monitoring progress and dealing with questions/queries from potential buyers

*Maintaining accurate records of digital sales items

*Providing excellent customer service

*Fulfilling cleaning and maintenance duties

*Providing reception cover during staff holidays/shortage periods.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 13 months

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Content creation: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
