- Work with our customers to elicit requirements, design solutions and implement Salesforce into their organizations
- Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies for our Customers
- Use Salesforce automation to streamline process for our customers
- Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions
- Supporting customer with their strategies and approaches to support the implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions
- Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies
- Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform
- Support continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep
- Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the platform
- Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business
- Adhere to and promote best practices, and design the guidelines for security procedures
**Qualifications

- Three or more years of experience with Salesforce implementation of Salesforce solutions on the technical or business side - or both
- Experience the Automotive industry and ideally an understanding of Salesforce’s Automotive Cloud
- Advanced experience with evaluating, designing and building Salesforce Solutions on behalf of customers
- Experience of using the wider Salesforce stack (including Slack, Mulesoft and Tableau)
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications,
- Background in CRM process design and implementation
- Strong presentation and communication skills
