**Who are we?**
GP Automotive is a family run, independent retailer bridging the gap between independent garages and main dealer operations. We offer cost effective vehicle servicing, repairs, MOTs and diagnostics. Our hands on team are leading the way across the region and are passionate about the automotive independent and working as part of an amazing team.
**About the role**
As a service and parts advisor, you will be working with our talented workshop team, responsible for looking after customer’s vehicles throughout the stay in the workshop, working with our parts suppliers, warranty companies and of course, delivering the highest level of customer service; the role is varied, challenging and rewarding.
**About you**
You will be outgoing, fun, very resilient and passionate about customer service.
Ideally, you will have motor industry experience, have a good understanding of vehicle parts, repair processes, methods and procedure. Attention to detail is critical to the role, along with the ability to resolve any queries in a timely and professional manner.

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Parts Sales / Advisor: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
