Customer Success Manager

**The client, a growing software technology business with lots of opportunity to develop a career and based in central Manchester are seeking 'Customer Success/Onboarding Managers’ to work on customer onboarding projects at this exciting time of growth.**
The **New Client Success Team**oversees the success of onboarding new clients within their ?rst 12 week period of implementing the software.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Develop healthy customer relationships
- Enhances customer training and ability
- Evaluate and analyse customer needs
- Build trust and transparency with clients
- Onboard new clients
- Acts as a customer advocate
- Encourages customers to upgrade their products
- Promote customer loyalty
As a New Client Success Manager, you will have to understand the customers’ psyche and needs and enhance their customer experience by improving their Onboarding experience.
Desired pro?le:
- You have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the customer-facing customer success ?eld (Having experience in B2B SaaS company is a major plus)
- Smart thinker, innovator, decision-maker who can inspire customer loyalty.
- Great leadership skills
- Have an acumen and tact of handling C-Suite discussions
- Great communication skills
- Experience handling infuriated customers.
- Experience handling customer queries tactfully and diplomatically to ensure that they stay subscribed to the product.
