Appointment Setter

**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Manager by effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments using CRM software, such as Hubspot.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they are informed and engaged throughout the appointment-setting process.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to understand their needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to enhance the appointment generation process.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal communication skills; knowledge of Healthcare environment would be beneficial.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or a sales-related role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM software, is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and drive.
- A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection while striving for success in appointment generation.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £850.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week
