Ensure compliance with all aspects of regulations including those relating to manufacture, composition, labelling and advertising. Provide regulatory support during incidents including liaison with regulatory authorities Responsible for monitoring and implementing new food regulations Initiate TBG impact assessments based on new / changes to Food and Beverage Regulations. Develop communication strategies to keep the Business informed about all changes to Regulations and maintain relationships with Business stakeholders **Innovation, Productivity and Commercial projects Provide comprehensive partnership/support to Innovation/NPD projects from concept to shelf, incl.: Provide Regulatory input to stage gate process as required Product design, composition, packaging and labelling requirements Interpretational guidance on claims and positioning Ensure accuracy of regulatory information in databases and specifications Aspects of advertising and promotion governed by food legislation Identification & implementation of cost optimization opportunities **External Affairs**: Attend trade association meetings, actively influence all regulations being developed or amended. Support Global Lead to maintain strategies and deploy ways of working to enable horizon scanning and external engagement to enable TBG participation. Working with internal stakeholders (Legal, R&D, PPGA) jointly create TBG position, communicate to the authorities and Trade associations. **Internal**: Provide regulatory support to local Product Developers, Food Safety managers and Marketing teams thereby enabling them to implement measures at local level to ensure compliance. Provide information and direction to Senior Management on potential threats to the business. Represent the company in interaction with local enforcement authorities Work with global R&D and PPGA teams to develop positions and respond to regulatory developments Build and maintain a network of contacts in the food industry, trade associations and regulatory authorities. Act as the key contact for France (and some other EU markets) go to market distribution partners in relation to regulatory affairs topics. **Nutrition Sciences**
