The position is based in a school and the employee should consider themselves one of the school team as well as a Capita employee. The role is to work with Capita and the school to deliver ICT Service Excellence to the staff and pupils of the school.

**What will you be doing?**
- Providing day to day support of the school’s ICT systems
- To deliver excellent technical support and first-class customer service support with a high degree of customer satisfaction and timeliness
- Providing technical support, 1st and 2nd line customer facing and remote support
- Support the Senior On-site Support Engineer
- Ensure the delivery and maintenance of the standard desktop image, providing a timely reimaging process in conjunction with SLA’s and KPI’s
- Adoption of core ITIL disciplines: Incident, Problem and Change Management and be able to demonstrate their effectiveness through Key Performance Indicators

**What are we looking for?**
- Must have enhanced DBS with children barred list information
- Previous experience of Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Basic understanding of network technologies (wired and wireless)

**What’s in it for you?**
