**Job Title: Litigation Locum**

**Job description**: We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Private Practice Firm, in North Yorkshire, on a remote basis as a Commercial Litigation Locum on an immediate basis. This will be for a period of 3 months, with the likelihood offurther ongoing extension.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Handling a standard general caseload of delegated authority work
- Dealing with a caseload of mainly money claims (both defended and pursued), contract performance/service issues or property disputes
- Handling a couple of property liability matters, a couple of defamation cases, an employee fraud matter, a racial discrimination case, as well as a subrogated claims for unpaid costs in a property arbitration
- Conducting reviews of insurance policy documents to make sure cover can be approved before acting/proceeding

**Hourly Rate**: £45-£50ph
