**Dental Receptionist**
**Location: Maltby, Rotherham, S66 8ND**

Fulltime - 37.5 hrs per week (Monday to Friday)

Working hours: 8.45 - 6 Mon, Tues, Thurs and 8.45 -5 Weds and Fri

Our Receptionists are a key part of the dental team, from the first phone call to the completion of treatment, they provide outstanding customer service to all patients.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Answering queries ensuring an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phone
- Booking and rearranging appointments in the most efficient manner using a diary-management system
- Completing relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale
- Taking payments and chasing outstanding patient debt
- Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations

**Key skills and experience**:

- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Administration/Receptionist experience **(essential)**:

- Able to use IT and computer-based systems **(essential)**:

- Prior experience in a Dental Practice (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of organisation
- An excellent team player
- Positive nature - able to adapt and take on change easily
- Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English (desirable)
