We are seeking an individual who takes pride in maintaining an efficient and well-organized warehouse, ensuring seamless operations across our **Logistics, Assessment, Repair, and Salvage** teams.

**Your Role**:
As a **Motorcycle Warehouse Operative**, you will play a vital role in the smooth management of motorcycle stock and logistics. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Managing motorcycle movements** across 4th Dimension sites using our Location App to ensure accurate tracking.
- **Operating a Fork Lift Truck (FLT)** safely and efficiently to load/unload motorcycles.
- **Recording and updating stock information** within company systems to maintain accuracy.
- **Liaising with internal teams** to coordinate bike movements and streamline processes.
- **Ensuring facility cleanliness** by maintaining kitchen and restroom supplies.
- **Assisting engineers** in locating and preparing motorcycles for inspection and repair.
- **Managing waste segregation and recycling**, ensuring environmental compliance.
- **Maintaining company vans**, keeping them clean and reporting any defects.
- **Following senior team directives** for additional warehouse-related tasks as needed.
- **Adhering to company policies** and regulatory requirements to uphold safety and efficiency.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Previous experience in warehousing/stock management** (motorcycle-related experience is a plus).
- **A proactive and organized mindset**, capable of working both independently and within a team.
- **Strong communication and multitasking skills** to liaise effectively with various departments.
- **Basic IT proficiency**, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Proclaim, and Advance.
- **A valid UK driving license** (preferred, but not essential).
- **FLT certification** (desirable, but training can be provided).
- **GCSE-level education** or equivalent.
