Days: Monday - Friday

Time: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Cando Laundry Services is part of a family run business and a multi-site operation, the team is professional, customer centric and agile.

Working in a small but busy accounts & HR team you will support the Finance & HR Manager in undertaking day to day accounts and HR administration duties.

**Job Duties**:
**Accounts**
- Managing the Purchase & Sales ledgers on a day to day basis
- Undertaking debt collection to ensure the prompt collection of payments from customers.
- Reconciling bank account transactions across the various bank accounts and credit cards.
- Supporting the team with payroll duties including setting up new employees on the payroll system.
- Undertaking various tasks supporting the Finance & Commercial Manager to meet month end deadlines
- Assisting the Finance & Commercial Manager in gathering various KPI data and information for the Monthly Management Meeting.

**HR**
- Recruiting and Onboarding New Employees
- Updating HR policies and HR records
- Assisting line managers with conflict resolution
- Absence management
- Introducing strategies to improve employee wellbeing and company culture

Ideally you will have a degree in a relevant field and have a minimum or equivalent to AAT level 4, as well as a CIPD level 5 or significant experience of dealing with HR along with hands on accounts experience.

**Personal Qualities**
- Strong work ethic, ability to manage own workload and time.
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Attention to detail, able to work accurately and identify own mistakes
- Team player
- Experience of Xero not essential but experience of using accounting systems would be useful

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounts, Business, HR, or a related field
- Hands on accounts experience
