**Waking Night Support Worker**

Hilldales Residential Care Home is a friendly care home in Ilfracombe, North Devon. It is care home unlike any other. We provide care and support for adults with a range of needs. Many of residents have led demanding, hard lives and often have a history of mental health issues and drug & alcohol problems. They need and deserve sympathetic support in their daily lives.

We are currently looking for Waking Night Support Workers to offer care and support to our residents.

You may already be working in care and looking for a new challenge, or maybe you have been thinking about changing career and fancy working in the care sector. Whatever your background, you should be the type of person who can enter a care home and quickly get a sense of what needs doing.

Supported by an excellent and experienced Registered Manager as well as a team of great colleagues, you will possess high standards and have an allergy to cutting corners. Ideally, you will be the type of person who isn't backwards in coming forward in offering direct hands-on support. Someone who won’t go home until you’re happy that records have been completed, tasks have been handed over, and you’ve gone around and said good bye to the people you support.

The Shift Pattern is Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday 19:00-07:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 36 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
