Norwich based Engineering company is looking to appoint a Service Administrator to work either 4 or 5 days a week on a permanent contract. You will work in a busy and friendly team environment and get involved in a variety of duties including:

- Taking incoming phone calls from customers & engineers and deciding on the best resolution for that call.
- Contacting customers to arrange visits, access & payment
- Assigning manpower to breakdown call outs and service visits
- Raising invoices following call outs/servicing
- Getting quotes for parts for breakdown visits, pass to customer & order once confirmed
- Communication with accounts regarding unpaid invoices
- Problem resolution
- Prepare customer quotations for sales representatives and Directors
- Monthly maintenance contract renewal, raising proforma invoices & ensuring paperwork sent out
- General admin

You will have strong customer service and administrative experience, good IT skills, be a natural problem solver and have a good telephone manner.

This role can be 4 or 5 days a week and is fully office based.
