A national leading training provider with a vision dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals through education, training and support of health and social care services, is looking to expand their team of trainers. Their aim is to empower professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to deliver outstanding care in diverse settings.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training sessions to health and social care professionals on topics such as safeguarding, care planning, mental health, dementia care, and more
- Tailor training materials to meet the specific needs of the audience, ensuring relevance and engagement
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to participants to track their progress
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress
- Provide support and guidance to learners during the training sessions
- Travel to various locations to deliver face-to-face training, ensuring flexibility and professionalism in each setting
- Stay up to date with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices to continuously enhance the training program

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a trainer or educator within the health and social care sector
- In-depth knowledge of health and social care practices, standards, and legislation
- Confidence in delivering engaging and interactive training to diverse groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners
- A passion for supporting the professional development of others
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel to various locations
- Teaching qualification, together with relevant Health & Social Care qualifications and or experience
