**The School**:
A lovely school in Milton Keynes is looking for a new well-being support assistant for a well-being support assistant to join their friendly team. The school is a very nurturing and compassionate setting and looking for like-minded people to join their teamof staff. This position is to support their students in there learning and development.
**Your new role**:
The well-being support assistant will be expected to work in a team based environment but also show initiative when working alone. Showing an interest in working with children is expected and actively supporting their learning and development. Well-beingsupport assistants will need to be flexible in the classroom and school to best suit the needs of the children.
- Monitoring and supporting emotional regulation
- Possibly working with small groups or 1-1
- Support class learning and behaviours
**What you will need to succeed**:
The well-being support assistant position will require the applicant to be passion and motivated with working in a schools. You will need to have an interest in working with children. Enthusiasm and a calming atmosphere is a desirable factor within the roleto give a more engaging environment for the students.
